Please include a daytime number with your order. That will accomplish three objectives: 1. I will call you back when I receive the clubs, that way you know the clubs have arrived safely. 2. I can look over the clubs and see if we have covered all bases. 3. Payment can be established at that time. Please note: ( I do not log in clubs daily and It might be a few days before you receive a call from me.)

I do not remove graphite shafts because the heat will destroy the binders that hold them together. If you are going to replace the graphites anyway, I will certainly remove them.

Because of the difficulty and hardness of Taylor made RAC Black Oxide Wedges and any Cleveland CG-10 irons, I do not rechrome or regroove them at this time.   Any received will be sent back untouched.

The process I use and have used for the last 34 years,  is superior to any finish available for Golf Club use. I will make every effort to satisfy you as my customer in every possible.

To make processing easier, please remove all lead tape and do not weld with any metal other than mild steel or stainless welding rod. To avoid much confusion, please send a packaging slip along with all orders listing all parts and work needed. We are not responsible for clubs lost or damaged during shipping, or for potmetal or plastic shafts accidentally damaged during our refinishing process.
