Q. How long does it take? |
A. Normally it takes 3 to 4 weeks for all rechromes and rebuilds. Any extra work will increase the time.

| Q. Will I lose any weight? |
A. During the polishing operation weight can be lost removing nicks and dings. The amount of material added during the plating process can replace lost head weight.

| Q. How are clubs shipped back? |
A. Currently we use USPS Priority Mail any other means can be requested.

| Q. How do I ship my clubs? |
A. Send to my address with a brief note of work required and include a daytime phone number.

| Q. Will the chrome chip or peel? |
A. Our proven process will not chip or peel.

| Q. Do you offer quantity discounts? |
A. We are not in a position to offer quantity discounts.

| Q. Do you have a minimum charge? |
A. Yes, our minimum charge it $30 dollars.

| Q. Can you expedite an order? |
A. We work on a first in first out basis. If work volume is low we can expedite orders.

| Q. What payment methods do you offer? |
A. All major credit cards, personal checks, and Pay Pal is accepted. I charge $5 dollars extra for Pay Pal payments.
